About Us
Founded by Tim and Paula Mapp, we are a Family owned firm serving the area for over 25 years. We would like to earn your trust and business. We will work hard, diligently, honestly and with integrity to do so.
We offer a full service property management company, specializing in golf course communities and waterfront properties. In our inventory we have condominiums, single-family homes, townhomes, villas and high rises. Offering furnished and unfurnished units. All of our furnished rentals are considered turnkey furnished, meaning all you need to bring with you is a suitcase, and we only represent clean and tastefully furnished units. Our unfurnished rentals are offered on an annual basis and are clean and well maintained.
We pride ourselves in customer service and have a large amount of repeat clientele. Our customers come from all over the world, ranging from Europe to Canada, even Australia. The Internet has made searching for accommodations here in sunny Sarasota and Bradenton an easy click of the mouse. We do advertise on several rental sites but always try to steer our inquiries to our own website where we offer multiple pictures of each unit and a more detailed description of each property.
